Innovating and evaluating education for people with kidney disease
There is a general lack of knowledge about kidneys among the general population, making a diagnosis of kidney disease particularly stressful. This article discusses how a patient self-management programme was developed within the East London Community Kidney Service, and evaluate the early findings from the feedback that has been gathered.
